The room had everything I needed. It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very nice and helpful. I found the early check-in time helpful.

The room included a proper wardrobe. It was modern. The furniture was also in good condition. There was a light above the headboard. It helped with reading at night.

i had issues with noise . people upstairs played loud music at 2:30 a.m., then again at 7 a.m. the hotel had no night staff present, so nothing was done about the music or the disturbances.

i was impressed that the room and bathroom were very clean (a big plus for me). everything worked properly, including the lights and shower. the bed was comfortable and i especially liked the proper wardrobe for storing my clothes. the staff were very nice and helpful .
during my stay, i noticed a constant buzzing sound near the main door. it seemed to be coming from an alarm or sensor. it was quite persistent when entering and going up the first flight of stairs.

the hotel is located a very short distance from the promenade. it lacks most facilities a hotel would provide, but it suited my needs. the free wifi worked well in the room i had.

the hotel is just off the prom and close to everything. it is only a few minutes walk from central pier and the town centre. this made it easy to get around and see the sights.

the location is near all amenities. i found it close to central pier. the room was clean and comfy. it was inexpensive and cheerful.
